2 months to go before 2 years experience

hello everyone, Im new on this site, I have a question and I hope the seniors can help me.

Currently i only have 65 points, for me to qualify I understand I need to have 2 more points and there is no way thatI can get that points except for my work experience, now my question is, If I submit my papers this July 2012 and I will be2 years with my work experience this coming September, will the VO consider this as 2 years of experience and gave me 17 points then?
please someone help me, clarify things out, Im confused and I dont want to waste my timeand money!!!

but Im worried that the cap will be easily filled up and that Im sure that my NOC is already cap reached by that time. would u suggestnot send my application and wait for next year then?

If you have less than 67 points your application will be rejected. Either you have to retake IELTS and increase your mark by 2 points before JULY, or you have to wait until you reach your employment anniversary in September. Did you check how quickly that NOC filled up this year? Good Luck.
