most airlines only allow 2 free bag and 1 carry on bag....i think only cathey pecific lets u take 3 not sure...2 bags and a carry on bag in ok ..check the weight allowance too

have u started packing? check the weight of ur bags if u feel the need for one more bag then go for it but personally i didnt take the 3rd bag..but again depends on ur stuff. also if u think $160-$180/10k is less than the amount of stuff u will carry in that bag then go for it.....the reason is if u can buy all that extra stuff u carry in 3rd bag in canada and for less the $160 then there is no point in getting the 3rd bag.....are u getting my point

Nobody here can answer how much luggage you are allowed to take with you. The only one who can give you correct information is te airline you travel with. If you fly with BA, then check BA website. If you fly KLM, check KLM website. If you fly with many different airlines on the same ticket then very often it is the FIRST airline you fly with on that ticket whos rules decide how much you are allowed.

Each airline have different rules and different prices for extra luggage.

i am assuming ur asking if u can purchase extra 3rd bag allowance while buying the ticket. So i said u dont have to decide if u want to carry 3rd bag and pay for it right away as u can do it at the airport while departing. so start packing and if u need 3rd bag add it later..
