I have doubt regarding ECA. I have did B.com and my 1st year exam was conducted internally and college has issued us mark sheet. Now problem is that 1 have 2nd n 3rd year transcripts from Pune University and 1st year from college. The address of both the education bodies are different, plz advice how to send documents to WES or any other eca body.
