1st January 2015 RULES CHANGES !!!!

Hello All Forum Experts,

I saw on CIC wbesite that, CIC is going to change the PR application process from 1st Jan 2015. Can anyone guide us on this as this how this is going to affect us in future ? As I understand now straight away application is filed and if everything is OK you certainly get a VISA ( irrespective a job opportunity exists ) . Would it not be the case in future ?

Experts PLEASE GUIDE ON THIS. Appreciating your help

The current FSW program will run until April 30, 2015, overlapping with Express Entry which begins on January 1, 2015.

The full details of Express Entry are not yet available, but it is clear that a job offer or at least interest from employers (who will see your application) will be a major factor. It also will not be processed first in first out like the current FSW program, rather the most qualified and desirable candidates will be likelier to be approved and their applications will move faster.
