I bet this form should not be attached if one is not using a representative. anyone on this~!

Dear nitroxn

You are 200% right and this Representative Form must not be attached if you are not using an Agent ..... I dont know why CIC felt that i am using Representative and how come they returned my app ...... but what i learnt is that. OFF LIST occupations from NOc will be filtered and rejected on minor ground .... you have no right to re-apply as there are new changes implemented ... thats how CIC is clearing the backlog ....

Ouch sorry to hear about the refusal. :(
I know CIC officer's assessment on your case seems final, but have you considered asking the opinion of an immigration lawyer?

hi Twilightgirl

Yes i have got some professional advise after the document return ..... lawyer said that As an IT Manager its not possible for me to re-apply under the same NOC i.e. 0213. because 0213 is out of scene now .... in my opinion sympathy CIC has done a blunder and i m the one who is paying the price ....... any how ... Thanks for your sympathy and GOOD LUCK to your application as well as Future

Regards,

Dont worry Fulltension. I believe that if you have not done any mistake then surely this rejection leads to success and by time you will see it.

Dear SISH7255

thanks for your encouragement ..... well i know CANADA will include my profession again in future so i will re-apply, when there would be chances of my eligibility .....

yes for the time being i was sad but there is always some thing better for u ... GOD will provide us more and more and we must not lose faith ..... Hazrat Ali (R.A) once said " if you dont face any hurdle in your life, then its a warning that GOD is angry with you" ...... some times GOD gives u and see whats your reaction and some times GOd will not give you. main thing is, whats your reaction for those things which you think are against you ..... i think at the moment i dont deserve that or there is some thing much better for me....

Thanks and very warm regards

I think once CIC have cleared their massive backlog from 2006/2007/2008 they will look at widening their immigration again. It is heavily restricted at the moment because of this backlog, but they still have a fundamental need for skilled workers.

Trouble is, it is likely to take several years before this backlog is cleared up.

You'd think the amount of money they were charging for applications they could afford to high a few more staff to get things clear up more quickly! ;)

not only 2006 /2007/2008 backlogs.. There are those that dated far back 2004 and 2005.. I know coz i'm one of them :(

Lets hope that there will b NO MORE STUPID DECISIONS from CIC and CHC ..... Applicants have done allot for the immigration and future plans ... lets hope that VO will play there part sensibly ...........
