On the last draw it was written : "the period beginning on September 18, 2015 and ending on September 19, 2015".
So it should be between yesterday and today.
Now it is 06:44 utc

I think CIC is toying with our emotions by sending us this ghost email .... I think someone from CIC follows this forum and he wanted to see how everyone behaves on the night there was supposed to be a draw.

I entered in EE Pool on 14/09/2015 with CRS of 447......missed last draw by 3 pts!!.....I have received notification of interest from ontario in my cic account today. I am not sure whether i should spend $1500 by sending my application for OOPNP or to wait for next few draws as there is high probability that CRS in next draws will come down. Plz guide what should i do?....I am getting jittery

You can start preparing your documents till next draw. If you get an ITA, well enough and if you dont get an ITA, your time to prepare documents for OOPNP is saved.
Even if you get an ITA, you need to send the same documents with your application.

My score is 438. I want to know which province shall I select in the express entry to profile to maximize chances of getting nomination from provinces, cause i don't expect CIC draw score coming down any soon... :-[

The only thing i noticed after signing in was the the status of my EE profile read "Updated" but actually there wasn't anything new!
