My point is 464. No ITA received yet. Can someone tell why?

same here..point is 461..no ITS recieved yet..has anyone recieved ITA??

I have received the ITA. Good luck to all!!!

I have a score of 475 but haven't received an ITA so far. How long does it take to receive it?

Congrats to those who have cleared the cut off and best of luck to those who have narrowly missed it.

Can you please share the part of instructions where it states so?

You should not have declined it but waited till you got 2 yrs before you apply. If you look at the Ministerial Instructions when assessing a complete application you'll see that CIC calculates the score either on the day you receive your ITA or when a complete application is received ie when you submit your application.

Pretty sure that's now the way it works

Ministerial Instructions say
2) Foreign nationals who, on October 2, 2015 at 12:28:11 UTC, have been assigned a total of 450 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System

It really is testing my patience too hahaha. How much time do you have left on your WP?

It may take home hours, over a thousand people for them to contact.

You should surely get it.

You've been patient for how long? A few more hours should not kill you ;D ;D ;D

450 points, is still a good news, because the average of CRS is still going down, as I said before.

Probably the next draw would be somewhere between 446 and 449, even less then 445 if the next draw occurs next Friday (but there is a very low probability for that)...

My assumption is that by the end of the year draws would be between 430 and 440 points,
And for the first semester 2016, between 400 and 430 points.
A long term threshold would be more or less 400 points.
let's wait and see.

Btw, I am at 446 ! For me, Today is a Very frustrating result (as it was 2 weeks ago). :-X :-X :'( :'( ??? ???

My prediction:

19th Draw 450+
20th Draw 450+
21st Draw 450+
22nd Draw 450+
23rd Draw 450+
24th Draw 450+
25th Draw 450+

END OF 2015 DRAWS

1500+ ppl joining or improving score... every month..

i think most of these scores are coming from PNP's and LMIA. very few with no job offer or PNP..

by this i could say this cant run for longer time the scores will go down to 430+ soon. i hope score go down to >450 in November...

not going to fall below 450 guys. they want to show system is working and they r getting best candidates. if it falls too low will mean not so good candidates are being selected which would be a failure of system

seems like they have bench marked 450(+/- 2%) and above as best candidates and everyone below, including me, crap

People who are narrowly missing the 450 cut-off mark should really try and increase your scores. Do not and I mean do not wait and see if the scores will go down in the future draws. Do something about it. If you really want to come to Canada or stay here, you would do anything and everything to make it possible. Do not rely solely on the hope that scores will go down. People who are leap frogging you and getting ITAs are probably doing something that is working for them. Don't sit around. Be ruthless when it comes to immigration. Its every man for himself out there.

I would have applied for PR under CEC already if it wasn't for Express Entry. All they have done is changed the way their immigration selection process works by introducing Express Entry. If I am capable of immigrating through CEC, I am part of the 'best candidates'. This system is merely a re-start process I feel, as they were really back logged with the way things were working before.
I think it will go below 450 soon. I do not see why they will reject majority of the CEC or FSW candidates all of a sudden by limiting them with Express Entry.
