hi i’m 17 and will be 18 in December. I’m an international student in Canada. I came in through study permit in 2015 and finished grades 9 through 12 in Canada. I just graduated this year and reapplied for a university study permit. I have gotten accepted into a post secondary school in Canada (4-year program). I also have no professional work experience. My question is when can I be eligible to apply for PR. And what do I have to do to become eligible?

In short, you are not eligible for a PR, unless you get married and are sponsored by a Canadian PR or Citizen [once you turn 18, though].

PR requires you to be educated enough and have some professional experience.

You will need at least one year of professional experience. After you graduate, apply for a pgwp. That will give you the opportunity to find a job and gain experience.
