17 day after approval of student visa still waiting for POE Introduction letter!

Hey Every body!!
Please please help me...I am really worried!!! I applied for the study permit in April and got the student visa stamped in my passport in May 28th. The status of my application in MYCIC account is "CLOSED" since May 30th. However I have not still received the POE Introduction Letter!!! and it is already 17 days of waiting!!! Does anybody have the same experience? How much longer should I wait? Is there any way I can speed up this process? (by the way the visa is issued in Rome)

Hello again!
So what I did was to email the embassy in Rome (where the visa was issued) and asked for the POE Intro letter. The next day they responded and sent me the letter!!! So I am now good to go to Toronto I am comming baby
