yes under sthat circumstances the nomber of ITA also increase in 2106 with back lot cleared. this year it is 25000 ITA and next yr is 60, 000. so the intake will be more than 2500 per draw. so from all angles we have a good 2016. all those below 450 2016 is glory...enjoy

and no matter how much is experience and how much u score in IELTS the average score is 445 for all outsiders which means we are at good near to average. you being at 441 and me at 438

if we assume that every month 1000 new profile created, 2000 old applicants will be chosen every month /3000 profiles every month, two draws monthly 1500 each/. In December we will have score 400.

350 - 399 14,597 profiles,
300 - 349 12,517 profiles.
Totally at the end of year we will have 27114 old profiles.

We can assume that if quotes remain same to the end of the next year the score will be decreased to 300.

yes now the scores have to come down in anyway. Because than they contradict their own motif of express entry which means federal skilled workers from outside. Otherwise the EE will be based o for Canadaian class only. and number of ITA will increase this month only. It might reach to 2000 ITA per draw in near future. See they are increasing. 1400 to 1500 now will be 1600 and than 2000

mushej for me i have once option open. I have completed my masters and i am waiting for results in jan 2016 so may be i increase my score by 15 more points. But i plan to aplly NBNP in october. because the more we delay 2 yrs for IELTS will be dangerous situation. We may not get same points again for IELTS> so NEw Brunswick is my option for opctober.

I do not think that outstanding IELTS results should be determination factor for professional immigration. I have good work and strong work experience in my own country. I applied to Canada because I am eligible to apply and I sure on my professional skills. I can retake IELTS but I do not have a lot of free time and tell the truth I do not want to retake it. I will wait to decrease of score I am not hurry to Canada.

What PNPs are you guys applying to? For people below 450, that seems to be the only path available. This isn't so bad, if you can live with the fact that you will be tied down for at least four years.

The Ontario stream appears to be 'invitation only', and Alberta and BC only allow people with either valid job offers or those living in Canada and with degrees from Canadian Universities. Quebec isn't open yet.

Could you please shed some light on the PNP options open rightnow for us.
As quoted by Cryptic0 above....BC & ALberta is for Job-offer holders or Canadian degree holders. It seems OOPNP is not sending out any more invitations now...maybe they have achieved their targets. What other options do we have.....???

There are more than 6,000 new profiles per month according to the mid-year report. Scores will not decrease significantly unless CIC increases the number of ITAs.

Quoting again what I wrote in a different post:

According the same source 40% of this profiles are Not Eligible and 6% of profiles are withdrawals so we will have about 3000 new profiles monthly and I do not think that all these 3000 profiles has outstanding skills so anyway score will decrease.

Ineligible profiles are not in the pool.

Ok, agree but I think this number of inflow in the pool will decreased rapidly as well. The pool is created at the beginning of the year and large inflow in the pool can be explained by large backlogs coming from 2014. The score has not stabilized yet it will take more then year to stabilize.

Not to offend you but they specifically say that over the coming months size of the pool is expected to remain large. Out of those 1500 per week, almost 50% of people are above 455 as we saw the previous draw that after 2 weeks the cut off remains above 455.
