At the age of 16 I am legally able to move out on my own regardless of my parents arguments(this is in the UK.) BUT would I be able to move to Canada at the age of 16? I've read up on Canada and they too have the same laws based off of moving out at 16, but would it be different if I'm moving from a different country? ALSO, I have a place to stay and my grades are quite good, I'd also be able to find a job.

What exactly do you mean 'move to Canada'. You cannot simply jump on a plane and move to Canada you need to apply for a visa and at 16 likely the only option would be a study permit not a work permit or perm residency.

Even at 16 you would be under age considered a minor so for a study permit you would need to have a guardian/custodian identified. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-minors.asp

Do not confuse rules for 16 year olds in Canada for citizens or permenant residents with rules for 16 year olds that are neither.

The only way you could move to Canada at this point would be through a study permit (i.e. to study in Canada full time). You'll need to pay international fees to attend school in Canada which are high. In order to get a study permit approved, you'll need to show a bank balance of at least $25K to cover tuition and living expenses.
