Hello,

1. I was wondering can you combine hours for seasonal jobs to meet the requirement of 1560 hrs. For instance my job is mainly busy (30+hours per week) only from april - october.

2. If so would this meet the requirement to apply under CEC and will it give me the points under the CRS tool.

3. In my case, I graduated from a Canadian university in 2017. Worked the required NOC code job in april-october in 2018 and then again in april-october 2019. In between October and the following April I worked odd jobs that dont fall under the required NOC code. Will this be valid.

Any help or information would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

As long as you work 52 weeks of full-time (30 or more hours per week) within the 3 years preceding your application in a skilled occupation, then you meet the 1 year requirement. Doesn´t matter if there is a gap, if you change jobs, have different NOC codes, etc.

You can also count part-time work by prorating it.
