15 days of unemployment missing in personal history

Hi, I forgot to mention 15 days of unemployment in my personal history. Should I be writing it down on a letter of explanation and upload it via webform, or just add it to my previously uploaded LOE and say this is an amended one?

Same happened to me with an internship. I sent them a web form asking them to add that to the personal history section.
