Rejoice... I have found the mail just as Asivad suspected. It went to the spam! I'm feeling way too much relaxed now, was stressed a lot from past couple of days! Still I'll keep a follow-up with the government office so that I get it in next week anyhow.

No, you were right in your arguement and I was thinking of doing the same thing (uploading everything except PCC). However, I can wait now for the PCC to complete the application.
