13 months waiting to write citizenship exam

I applied for citizenship Nov 28 2017 and I am still waiting to write the exam everytime I've called they tell me everything looks okay I just need to wait for my police clearance now I called again this morning and was told that my application is being held by the Scarborough office the rep always asked if I've done my finger print I explained to her my situation that I wasnt asked to do my finger print this turn for the record this is my second time applying the first time I did CIC sent my appectance letter to write the exam to my former address by accident even after calling them and changing it in advanced when we figured out what had happened it was too late so they reimbursed me 100 dollars so I had to reapply now this has happened like this is so frustrating I dont know what else to do than just wait please advise if you guys have any suggestions

1) have you looked at the online application status via eCAS?
2) have you applied for your GCMS notes?

If not, then I suggest that you do.

No, you pay nothing for the report on yourself, you only need to pay if you are getting the report for someone else. There is no “full disclosure “ - same report

It's $5 for every ATIP request. Even if it's for yourself.
