12 years of experience but education less than high school, can i get workpermit

hello,
well, i am from India 32 year old married man, and professionally a bakery and pastry cook with 12 years of experience.And my education is not even high school but am working in a cruise liner at U.S- water. And my wife is M.A, B.ed working as a teacher with 4 years of experience.
We are interested to work at Canada.I want to know how can i apply for a job with my wife ?
