Wa'Alaikumassalam.... Are you saying you did medical on Jul 27th but the status of medical didn't pass yet? I am assuming you must have got med request later after the application and you didn't do it on your own like how upfront applicants do? Were you requested for additional documents? Did you upload them? Have that been updated to your GCKEY? I surely believe there is something funny going on with CIC, those people have approved my application on Aug 31st but nothing has changed on the final decision part. Their computer system must be faulted.
