12 B question keeps adding heading rows everytime I save the application form

Every time I save the application form, 12 B question keeps adding heading rows.
Is there a solution for this? And is this fine?

Yes its fine as its the problem with the form. We all had the same and sent with additional headers.

Solution is to not save and print it but i tried twice but correction is coming till the day before i sent the application (as more and more review happening, the more corrections its coming up hence i cant keep the pdf not saved for 2+ weeks). So i had to save and keep the duplicate headers in the printout and sent it like that only as the content in the form and correctly filled the full application is important than the duplicate headers.
