Guys ...here are the strategies for the CIO this year im post it again for the people who did not catch it early on ...

The CIO and its processing strategies:

Utter compliance with R(10) and R(11)

The Centralized Intake Office, at the Case Processing Center in Sydney, Nova Scotia has a mandate to process all new applications for Permanent Residence Status under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.
.
.
.
.

Applications received at the CIO face one of three potential outcomes:

- Positive Final Assessment (Approved, file will be screened for inadmissibility at a visa post)

- Returned to applicant due to missing components (not refused, the cost recover fees paid will be refunded)

- Refused due to deficient points or lack of satisfactory documentation that substantiates membership in the claimed eligible NOC group (an assessment of the point will have taken place, and the processing fees are non refundable)
COOLIZIM

From where did u got this information? Some of it totally contradict with the information provided in EG7. For eg - If app is refused due to deficient points or lack of satisfactory documentation then the processing fees are non refundable. EG7 says its refundable. Have they officially posted this on cic website. i don't see it anywhere.

I am having hard time digesting CIC processing strategies. They say "application will be returned if deemed incomplete(component missing : forms, details, fees info, required doc). I don't understand, how come they didn't reject my app since i failed to provide the "Proof of relationship" (i.e b/cert of my uncle & father) which is required as per checklist.

Mr.Mak ,

They will refuse the application if they find non-genuine or fake documents related to the NOC and JDs they provided, in this case they will not refund your fees

In your case if you have lack of documentations the immigration officer will take the discussion to process your application further or return it back to you , may be VO officer will ask for this document later on ...but i think your lucky ...

I think we are defeating the purpose of this forum, we need not argue so much on who is right and or wrong. Try to cool down first before making comments or post to a certain entry as a reply.

If your anxiety levels are so high that you need something to do to waste your energy on try to solve this:

CIC for all we know are basing the processing of our applications on the time/date stamp on each applications, right? If so, then we could see applications being processed on regular and specific time intervals.

Now for those who wants to be immigration specialist and or would just like to blow their minds on uncertainty, here is your assignment for today:

Priyavig's application was received on the 8th of July and was returned on the 30th of August, while Viz's application was received on 11th of July and was returned on the 23rd of August and lastly Jeca's application was received in the 13th of July and was returned on the 30th of August. (to the said individuals I am sorry for using your names and stats as an example, I don't mean any harm, peace be with you guys!)

Question 1: who among the three first submitted their application?
Question 2: who among the three applications was first returned by CIC?
Question 3: based on your answers can you see a chronological time stamp on the following applications?

I don't expect any answers, but I do expect some drastic reactions which I do not care at all, I just want you all to chill and relax stop the useless bickering. by answering you assignment I just made you stop for 5 minutes and took some pen and paper to do the analysis, have you cool down now? All's well that ends well... just pray harder....

nish.. you are right... we are curious to know why the cc or bd of any other category(whose application reached after 8th july ) is not charged after 22nd august. Their cap is not reached so why they are not reporting their payment charged!! (may be on reason is that people from other categories are few in canadavisa forums-- pz comment)

we hope that the responses recevied from CIC are just auto responses but are not factual-- although chances of this are rare. We could be hopeful till 1-2 weeks)

satish .... dear why dont u also send cic an email and ask the status of your application!! you will get the clear idea from them!! and we will be sure too!!

Guys , this has been quote from the www.gazette.gc.ca the official website for government of Canada, please read in red carefully...

Federal Skilled Worker applications

Cap on the number of applications to be processed per year

A maximum of 10,000 new Federal Skilled Worker applications, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing each year.

Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 new Federal Skilled Worker applications per National Occupation Classification (NOC) code will be considered for processing each year.

In calculating the caps, applications will be considered in order of the date they are received. Applications received on the same date will be considered for processing having regard to routine office procedures.

For the unique purpose of calculating the caps, the cap year will begin on July 1, 2011 and end on June 30, 2012, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction. Subsequent years will be calculated from July 1st to June 30th, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

Dear

, As I commit you are qualified under 29 noc list. I don’t know or care about other. As I commit you u are qualified now but it is not necessary that you remain qualified later on also because Canadian list is going to change day after day. As you aware regarding quota system means they are going to entertain 1000 application in each quota. Once it get fulfilled then you can’t qualify. But yes if your case is under process and the rule get change then your case will be considered as per other NOC means you are in safe zone. Now the decision is in your hand as you delay the process more risk is with your case. I am not in sales to sale some thing to you. I am here for advice.

Dear
, As per telephonic conversation with you are qualified under 1122 profile only because as per website updates, the high commission had already received 1000 of application as per the quota but as we are immigration law firm with the under signed authorisation. It means that we can able to represent your case on our behalf. As per earlier communication with CHC for our 240 application all over the globe. The CHC return 33 cases from his Quota. Now 33 vacant seats are there to be fulfilled that’s the reason we can able to put your case on that quota. So your quick decision is required else we can’t able to lodge your application there.

so he emailed me this but somehow iwas not convinced then i enroll by paying 10000 and then they gave me wrong consultation and procedure ,then i decided to apply on my own
