1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

Hi All

Just wondering , is there anyone of the aplicants of 1122 posted July 2011 , with CC/BD encashed has received any rejection letter ? in another words , is it possible that CIC reject any application after charging CC ? if yes , have any one faced this issue before either this year or last year?

I just got a confirmation from my bank that my BD was encashed on 8th sept.
I took me 10 days to find the detail. I am so relaxed.

I feel that they scan the applications after opening.. When my app was received last year .. They had punched a hole on all pages.. My agent was saying that they punch it for scanning.. But that is not going to have any impact on your selection in any ways.. See the cases like that of Priyavig..Sent back two times..

I think it is not possible to scan all applicant's doc.if it is in CAP or not . NOC 1122 though it is fill the CAP first week of July and CIC updated 22nd August, then during this 43 days ( 9th July- 21 August ) you can imagine that may be more then 5000 application ( 1122 ) CIO received and if they go for scan the doc !!!! I'm confused .

Expart opinion pls.

Hi there - no they won't scan ALL documents which is why we are meant to put our NOC code on the application envelope. If they did it would be a waste of time, completely for those outside the cap, scanning in the documents ..... they'd only be updated next year if submitted again so they'd have to scan again..... lets not over think things here.

PS - experts on here are hard to come by unless they have worked for thr CIC or know someone that does, if not we are all experts but experts who are guessing
