thanks for the reply. Let me check with the postal service over here. even it's not easy to check the status of it with these guys...u mentioned ur friend also received it after 4 months time. Is he processed from saudi arabia if so that means i still have to wait & see another one month...

No he didn't apply from Saudi.

He applied from India.

Yes I know its not easy with Saudis. However try to get hold of known Saudi and get the work done.

Trust me.. i checked till 10th Aug... it showed CAP not reached..... that's why i send my application on 12th august..... even that time last update was shown as 10th August 2011......... Sad .....

Yes I agree. I monitored it as well and what you say is true.

You see 500 applications would have reached by July. However by August only all those would have been processed.

Just went through the 10,000 cap and made a calculation. It seems the total amount of application received is 8985; means only 1015 available slots.

Ok updates from anybody. I am planning to go to Canada by April.
