Yes I know, my package reached Halifax, NS on tuesday morning from Hamilton, Ontario, so I guess it is ok. The most important thing is that it's there where it should be. :)

My application also got stuck at Hamilton and Halifax but was recieved July 6th...and now we wait...and wait...and wait :D
 
My sister sent her application on July 2nd and it hasnt reached CIO yet. I sent mine on July 4th and my status as of yesterday, Wednesday July 6th on DHL says- Departed Facility in HAMILTON - CANADA. There is no update today.

We both applied under NOC 1122. Hopefully, we'll make it through the CAP.

also, can any one share some light on how you have mentioned your job responsibilities and duties to match 1122 (those who are working in product development and marketing)?...

Some senior members have speculated that 2 months period, but I don't think that anyone can predict when cap would be filled. What I think is that if someone plans to send with in July/Aug., s/he might have some chances but can not be sure.
I have not applied as product development; and I asked my HR to issue a service certificate, that mentions what is/and was my role & responsibilities in organisation from date of joining. And I have sent my appointment document, achievements, work done & promotion letters based on duties I performed (almost 20+ pages).
But one of my friend who applied under different category last year, had sent just letter from HR & appointment letter (2 pages) and his case is in good shape.

I would suggest you to check example profile for 1122 and if that matches to yours (you are or have performed those duties), ask your HR to issue a service certificate, that should be good enough as your HR will issue similar duties (what you are/have performing).
 
How long does it takes for the courier to reach Sydney from Halifax. Is it on the same day or next day?
 
hay...thanks indiatohcanada....i have gone through the 1122 major duties given and i found i performed almost most of them in some way or other...but was wandering how to put those for better understanding of the CIO people...thats why was looking for some examples who have already sent their applications....

on other note, keeping my fingers crossed until end of july and i understand no one can confirm when cap may fill up....just hoping for best!...but if we get around 2 months time, that should be sufficient :)

One & half day.
.e.g. if it reached there on 5th, then you should expect its delivery on 7th afternoon or earlier.

Thanks indiatohcanada....I have got enough ideas from your post....but my challenge is my HR does not issue job responsibilities...they issue only my full time employment status, salary (monthly) and tenure.....in my reference letter my detailed job description is given...

now, should i myself write a separate explanation by showing my annual salary.....and my job relevance with 1122?....

That reference letter is key point. Is it from previous employer?
It does not matters if it is from previous employer, you need to show 1+ to 4+ years of experience in 1122 in past 10 years.
If you have performed 1122 duties with previous employer in past 10 year, that is good enough to proof that you qualifies under 1122 NOC. And you can add service certificate + appointment + (if you have) promotion letters from current employer.

Your explanation would be helpful in your case, but you need to submit 1122 duties on (current and/ or previous) employer's letter head or official paper.

If your duties would be copy pasted from CIC site, that is 100% rejection.

on the salary issue, do i need to calculate myself to show annual salary and attach the calculation? also do i need to show in local currency or in CAD?

You are not required to show salary slip or annual salary contract/offer, it is not asked in requirement.
But I have added both documents in my application. If you are also submitting, you do not need to convert in CAD.

You need to submit proof of funds, which depends on no. of members planning to migrate, this should be sufficient and in liquid form (PF or savings account or may be some other form).

for proof of fund...here PF meaning which fund?......can i also show share market investment and other assets like land, car etc?
