I think its a +ve sign coz from initial processing to initial review(i would say its a progress)that means ur within cap or else they would have told u that ur out due to cap reached so be +ve n be patient !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just check whether ur BD is encashed or not!!!!!!!!!

Hi Sandip, cheked last week but, BD not yet encashed. My BD is issued on 21/May I thouhgt it will return but, my bank said it wnt be a issue.If Canadian bank ask money,
my bank will release money. Hope within this month I can get a reply.

Guys, my file was received August 24th and I didn't get any email or mail regarding acceptance or rejection. It's been almost 4 months, what's up with that?

if u r NOC 1122 than it might have been capped before ur application was reached.

Yes, it was NOC 1122. But I didn't receive any response, whether email or mail.

My consultant confirmed that my application reached in NS last July 21, 2011 and until now I have no update with regards to my application. My consultant keeps on informing me that I need to wait for the update. It’s been 4 months and 17 days but my inquiries remain unanswered. Do you guys actually think that my application was not accepted? I can hardly sleep at night because of my application.

Same situation is with me. My file reached on 22 July. My consultant is WWICS Chandigarh

I think, my visa office is Abu Dhabi. I'm not really sure if my consulting agency is direct to NS. I hope I can get an answer form them.

my friend its bad news augest 02 recived file is return on 06 december they handover to postel department on 02 octeober 2011 i recived 06 december file reason cap full how cap full i dont understand they update website 02 augest 250 application recived that mean iam in cap so how? cap full i think they playing with apllicant future in future no one belive CIC its truth

did u ever inquire about ur application status ,got any reply such as Awaiting initial processing,assessment,review or
u directly receive ur file back to ur postal address?????

Dude, we have to wait untill getting reply from CIO. event reply positive or negative we have to accept it.
Then we can see other options.

After 15 days I got a reply from CIO toady but, this time they have mentioned as "awaiting initial review"
and last time they said "awaiting initial processing" can any one explain this?
