Today I got following reply from CIO. They have mentioned initial processing not initial review Is this a positive sign?

Very strange. My applications as with them on 20th of july. And I have not got any email from them so far.

Game Over,

2 days ago , i have received my file back with the letter from CIO mention that the capacity of NOC 1122 has been reached.

My file has been reached on 25 July 2011. When i had enquired , I got reply that "Awaiting intial Assessment".

Now i strongly believe that the Cap of NOC for 1122 has been reached on 8th July.

So.game over for the after 8th July applicants. I know that some after 8th July apllicant got theier DD charged but for the rest it is very difficult for this year.

I do not like to hurt the feelings of applicant but thats the fact.

Still, i pray to god for the positive reply from CIC for the rest of applicants.

I mean it will remain same or there will be any changes ?

Because i planning to apply on 1st of July 2012.

did u send an e-mail to cio regarding ur file status ,if not then sent an e-mail then only u get reply from cio

I got the same reply on 28/10/11 ,still no update from cic,lets hope that it will be a +ve sign for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dont think it matters what phrase they have used coz the guy niksou got reply"initial assessment" also got capreached letter from cio!!
so wait n watch lets c what happens in next few days as vinayaka.sachin said if its true we ll receive answer 4 sure!!!!!!!!!!
