Hello Abnesh, Nik and everyone,


A pleasant day.. would you please share your experience re: your update. I sent my parcel too on july 5. My consultant just told me to daily check my email about the update from cic. i already tried sending email to cic thru the address given by nicksonu. (thanks Nik!).

Hopefully can receive update from cic soon! truly this is an agonizing feeling. only God knows.

But i would really like to know the status, if not given the chance am planning for my option B, that is to apply for student visa to australia. my ielts is 1 year old now, since i had taken the exam last august 2010. i i tried last year but unfortunately, the cap reached when my dox arrived the cic. :'(
i supposed, the ielts could no longer be used next year too.

I just got a RETURNED DUE TO CAP REACH email from CIO.
I filed under NOC 1122 which CIO received on 26 July 2011..
I guess that's it for me this year. Let's try again next year, very early next year. lets just hope 1122 is still in the list.

One more cap reached reply from cic. Did you applied your own or through consultant ????? Did you get back your application to your address or they send e-mail to you ???

I applied thru a consultant. I have not received my documents back yet, only the email from CIO telling me that they are returning my documents due to cap reach. I inquired to CIO 15 days ago, and their reply was that..

On this mail what your consultant says ?? Did you talk with him/her on this matter ??? I mean you have to do appeal to cic through your consultant regarding case filed. What you think ??? The date of cap reached is 22nd august and your file was received on 26 july.

My application receivd by CIO on 3rd August and while I mailed them about the file status ,they informed me that due to CAP reached your application returned with full documents on 12th October .
