1111 & 0111-Licensing requirement

My work experience falls under NOC Code 1111 & 0111. My questions are;

1. Are these NOC Codes are regulated professions in Canada?
2. I am ACCA finalist & 2 papers to qualify, can I use any of the codes in immigration application/profile?
3. Do I need license from CPA Canada if use any of the above codes (keeping in mind that currently I am not a member of any professional body such as ACCA)?
