You cannot apply with a parent. You would apply on your own.
You'll need to find a high school that is willing to accept you as a student. You should expect that your tuition will be approximately $15K per year. You will also need to find someone who is willing to act as your guardian in Canada since you are a minor and your parents cannot accompany you on a study permit. This guardian will need to be someone who is already living in Canada (e.g. a permanent resident or citizen of Canada). You would then apply for a study permit - as part of the application you will need to show that you / your parents have enough money to pay for your tuition and living expenses. You'll need to provide a bank balance statement that shows at least $25K.
