10th and 12th transcripts requirement even if you have PG and Grad Transcripts?

Dear All,
Need your guidance.

For ECA do i still need to send 10th and 12th official transcripts to WES, even if i have graduation and post grad transcripts? or just Graduation and PG transcripts will suffice the evaluation requirements?
