Is it true that if one invests $100,000 CAD for a "government project" they are able to receive their PR?

Not in a Canadian business, but rather a "government project"

Thank you kindly!

sounds like a scam.

And $100,000 CND is not that much money. Most of "governement project" (I assume infrastructure and builds) would cost multi millions if not multi billions. So $100K Cnd for PR is screaming loud of a scam.

No, it is not true that investing $100,000 CAD in a government project would automatically grant someone permanent residency (PR) in Canada.

While there are several Canadian immigration programs that allow individuals to obtain PR through investment, such as the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program and the Federal Start-Up Visa Program, simply investing in a government project does not guarantee PR status.

Each immigration program has specific eligibility criteria, and applicants must meet these criteria in order to be considered for PR. Additionally, the Canadian government carefully reviews all applications to ensure that they meet the necessary requirements and that the investment is legitimate and beneficial to the Canadian economy.
