Hi, my parents got the multiple 10 year visa, they applied for multiple entry visa but never applied for super visa. Their visa category is PG-1. I want to know that how much time they can spend with me in Canada in one visit? Super visa holders can stay I think 2 years in Canada.

Typically 6 months - however it could be shorter. How long they are allowed to stay is decided by the officer they speak to when they enter Canada.

They can also apply for an extension to their visit from within Canada (although there is never a guarantee the extension will be approved).

If its super visa (PG1) then 2 years, also note that if you got super visa instead of visitor visa without buying insurance, you have to buy it now as the immigration officer could ask for insurance and deny the entry to canada if your parents don't have insurance. If its normal visitor visa they can stay for 6 months.
