How many people are putting down 10 years of addresses/personal history for 5669? (And not since age18)

My partner/the principal applicant is Australian. I am a Canadian citizen. He is 39.

It says “most recent (either from 18 years of age or past ten years)”...so wouldn’t that just be past 10 years?

People who have had to submit since 18 after originally submitting past 10 years, did CIC give you a reason why this was required?

Also off topic, but “status” in another country...would this be “worker” if someone was on a partner or working holiday visa or would it be “other”?

Re: your off topic question, it would be worker as long as they were legally able to work in that country.

There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason as to why IRCC comes back and asks for the history since age of 18, so many applicants choose to go back to 18 the first time they submit the form, just in case
