But, my consultancy saying that i will get 3 years visa which includes ( 2 years work permit )

I am super confused pleas help me what is correct..

And also if i get only 1 year work permit is it feasible to get PR only in 1 year time span..

Do not think so. USUALLY CIC asks to have 12 months work experience. Not 360 days and not 364, but 365 (366). So there is a high risk you will not get it. You could look at provincial programs, however. They usually (but not in any province) request 6 months of working experience.

So maybe those who have taken this path before can shed some light ? so if you do a one year course and get a one year work permit you cannot apply for PR ? nobody has been successful in this area ? because not everyone has money for two year program

Some people are successful. But as others have said, it's much more difficult with only a one year work permit.

i dnt think that it is the case. CIC website clearly states that anyone can apply for post grad work permit (PGWP) given he/she studied at least 8 months in any university or college belonging to some specific categories. However, i dnt know about the provincial nomination program. what you heard may stand for PNP of Ontario (toronto is in Ontario).
PGWP is different from PR. see it works like this
complete your degree/diploma/certificate
apply for PGWP
search for a job when you are on PGWP
get a job
acquire experience of a skilled job that is related to the qualificaton you got in canada
after a specific period of time (6monhts, 1year or more) apply for PR
this time period changes as the province changes. plus for one year education only one year work permit is granted.
i hope it helps :)

There are two SPP institutions in Saskatchewan.

SIAST
PARKLAND COLLEGE.

You may visit their websites to check if you match the admission requirements.

Hope this helps.

Dear friend,

I suggest best option for one year program with higher settlement possibility is only with Saskatchewan province.

Parkland College is first regional college of Saskatchewan province.

Parkland College offers best one year certificate as well as PG programs with which when one completes program and 960 hours of part time work, he/she can directly apply for provincial certificate called SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program).

With one year study permit students get one year stay back. During next year student can easily complete all the formalities to become PR of Canada.

Three of my friends from South part of India have successfully settled in Saskatchewan. I am going to complete same shortly.

Why to go with any random Provinces in Canada if students have best option of Parkland college in Saskatchewan province. Highest employment across all the Provinces in Canada.

Hope this information helps.
