You most likely won't be able to get the work experience you need to qualify under CEC or to get points for having at least a year of work experience in Canada. Typically it's very difficult to get a full year of skilled work experience with just a 1 year PGWP. You would be better off taking a second 1 year program as soon as your first one finishes so that you can qualify for a three year PGWP.
So what if after one year I have a offer letter from the employer will they extend my WP?
No.
Your employer needs to obtain an LMIA for this to be possible. The LMIA process is very long and expensive for the employer with no guarantee of approval. Most employers aren't willing to go through the process.

experience outside Canada is not enough
Currently I am in Ontario province, I am into Visual effects course, there is also a job sureity after completing the course.
And also what if I work going to Quebec in a company how are the chances ahead from there?
