DO i just need to complete 1530 hours or do i actually need to complete 1 year, i.e 365 days since hiring date to qualify for CEC?
and do stat hours count?

i started working here in july and i have 1500+ hours now, can i go ahead and put it as 1 year work experience when i finish 1530 hrs?

You need to complete a calendar year of full time work. The CIC will accept a couple of missing weeks providing you were employed and on paid vacation at the time. 30 hours or 70 hours worked in a week, it still counts as just a week to the CIC.

It doesn't matter if the qualifying work is under multiple NOC codes, or if there are breaks between the work.

You still need to have completed 52 weeks of full time work within the previous 3 years (or equivalent part time work).
