Hi,
I'm applying for the Express Entry on my own (not through an agent) and have found many of the resources and threads on here incredibly helpful. I'm at the very beginning of the pre-ITA stage and am sending in my documents for the education credential assessment.
I have a Masters from the UK (the course was full-time and a year long) and a 4 year Bachelors degree from India. I was wondering if anyone has had a UK 1 year masters degree certified by WES and if it was confirmed as being equal to a Canadian masters degree. If so I'll only get this 1 degree certified, but if there've been cases of the degree being downgraded I will send in my bachelors degree for assessment as well.
Any help you can give me will be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Arvn

I did, and got it certified as a Master's degree from WES- You don't need to even provide your Bachelor degree details.

And I'm now a PPR !

My spouse had a Master's from UK , he got it certified from WES as Canadian equivalent of Masters . So don't worry .

I received my PPR in 22 days. Please see my signature timelines for details. It was FSW-Outland and my CRS score was 444.

FSW Outland is what ? Is it different from Normal Express entry system ? I am also applying under Federal skilled workers category and I dont have expreince in Canada so I am not in CEC category . And I am not trades worker so I am not FSW trades category . So what is my category ?? How do I know ? I am applying from India , so maybe I am FSW Outland ?
