1 year PG diploma distance education in IGNOU

My current CRS is 432 and planning to do 1 year PG Diploma course (distance education) in IGNOU.

In order to get it recognized by WES or IQAS, do I need to check any criteria like credits or hours before enrolling in a program?

The diploma should be post graduate and should be 12 months at least.

I have also enrolled for PGDIBO in IGNOU. Just filled the form and submitted the fees. No reply from them till now. Have you got any reply from IGNOU regarding the admission?
