1 year gap?? MAtters?

I will be applying for a study permit on the 2nd week of May 2012. Please assess my profile and have ur say on my chances of getting a visa.

* Going to University of Toronto Electrical Engineering fall 2012.
* O' level grades 7/7 A grades, A' level grades 1 A* (Maths) and 2 Bs(Physics and Chemistry).
* English Exams taken: O'level English language- A grade
IELTS- Overall score 7.5

* Sponsors for my stay in Canada:
1. Father: Govt Service Doctor
2. Mother: Teacher and Business
3. Mother's Uncle in Canada (Citizen Canada)

* Total Income of all sponsors: CAD 180 000
* Funds available total of all sponsors in bank account: CAD 200 000
* Parents owning property valued at CAD 600 000 in home country.

Special point incase it makes a difference:
** Father had applied for skilled worker PR for full family in July 2007.

I finished high school in June 2011 and got my results (A level) on August 2011. Its been a year gap of study, will it really matter? I got into Mcmaster last year but decided to give UofT a go, which worked out in the end. I didnt do anything actually the entire time from August 2011 to present. What are my chances?

Experts please share ur opinion.

I know a girl she appied under ssp i think in cenntenial or humber she was having gap of 2 yrs and she got visa in 5 days ...
1 yr gap is accepted
