1 year experience = 52 weeks or 365 days employment?

Hey guys,

I am wondering if 1 year experience means you have to be employed for 365 days or does it mean working for 52 weeks?

Please help me on this.

It means 30 hours per week for a complete year !

I have following scenario:
Suppose I did 30+ hrs in one week & left job, in next week i starting working another job 30+ hrs till date. Question is will gap of 4 days between 2 jobs matter or will it be seen 52 weeks worked in 1 year?

In my own opinion it will be counted as one year experience. The reason being while filling profile they ask you the month of joining and the month of leaving, not a week or exact date.

Okay, according to me: Cic says 52 weeks of 30 hrs or more is 1 year full time. In my case, i havr completed 52 weeks of employment. So i should be fine i guess

hey could u tell if this was acceptable by cic? i also have 5 days gap and stuck in the similar situation, please guide
