I have the following queries
1) I will have 1 year of work in feb. 2011 (working in the US on OPT - H1B visa under NOC 2172-A) , the issue is that there was a gap of three weeks in b/w, when I switched from OPT to H1B visa with the same employer, I was re - hired after a 3 week gap once my OPT ended.
Am I eligible under the 1 year continuous work exp. requirement ?
2) I also have 7 months, 5 months and 2.5 months of full time work experience with another employer in the US (with a gap again of 3 weeks in b/w the three stints, I was an intern).......can I use this towards my 2nd year of work experience to gain more points ?
