We are 2 guys from Delhi NCR moving to Toronto end of July 2016. We have a flat ready to move
in downtown toronto by 1st August. We are looking for an extra flatmate who can share with us from this date.
We are looking for a non-smoker, neat and clean Indian student. Rent is CAD 400 + utilities
shared among 3. A refundable deposit of CAD 400 will be also required.
We are fall 2016 students in GBC and Humber respectively.

Anyone guys. We want to close it with a genuine flatmate. Came across one complete waste of time, back and forth
with emails, number exchange, conditions which we agreed on and ultimately saying No with a made-up/fake reason.
