1 Bedroom apartment Needed in Toronto

I am a new immigrant, currently in Toronto.
I am in urgent need to rent 1 bedroom basement/apartment.
I prefer the location to be close to subway.

Depending on which advertisement on the websites, I think the price I paid for the accommodation I booked in Toronto last month was very good. Besides, I used to be in that neighborhood despite it had somewhat changed over the years.

I don't think they have any rooms available because the place is so nice that it is very popular with college students coming back for the upcoming fall semester.
