1-2 day extension of stay after visa expiration

I would like to know if staying for 1 day or 2 in Toronto after expiration of visa will not jeopardize my next application for Canada visa. Thank you!

It will badly effect any application you make to CIC. no matter how long you overstayed 1 day or several days it will always be consider as an overstay. overstaying may also effect your overall immigration history and will even be an alert for any other visa (of any country) you apply in future.

so best is not to overstay.
