0213 IT Managers, Preparing for Canada.

I am applying for PR for Canada.
Just wanted to Ask if I am not an IT manager but NOC - 0213 has reference to my job responsibilites NOC-2281.

How should I apply?
Saying the 0213 is the primary and 2281 is the secondary code?

Please help?

Your duties and responsibilities should match the 0123 as described on HRSDC website. Title could be different.

My title and duties match with 6year experience as computer networks manage & systems admin (match 85%), rest of another titles are systems administrator, IT Assitant, IT consultant, IT EDP office assistant, IT Advisor but job duties matched (70% of the with mentioned title with 10years experience), so average 75-78% matched with NOC 0213 my all duties, I am waiting for reply from CIO Sydeny, I sent my initial application 3rd december 2009.

the short answer is NO.

NOC - 0213 is not NOC-2281.

but you could try australia. you may joint lots of indians there including me.
