Hi, I have close to 13 years of experience in human resources across various industries in India largely in the compensation and rewards space. I have done my MBA in Finance from an autonomous university and done my post graduation certification in human resource management from XLRI - Jamshedpur. I am also a M-Com from Mumbai university. I want to understand - 1) the process of express entry, 2) what is the maximum points you require in the comprehensive ranking system to be invited 3) How to apply for provincial nomination, 4) How do i find out whether my job has a demand in a particular province or not..5) Also can i apply for a work permit with out having a job offer in hand from Canada.
Also if somebody to could give me a guidance on the role expectation for this skill.
