Thanks really unlikely. I do not know why have they done it when it was passed by CIO. Since my application is also under NOC 0111, I am a little worried now since I am in process of sending my documents.

i havent checked the trackit case, but it might be because whatever they wrote for CIO wasn't probably backed by employer letter, etc (i.e. proof).

Well I have asked that person to state the reason as well. I have all the proof since I have been working for the employer for that last 5 years now. Just waiting for some more paper work, probably will send the complete file in August 09 soon.

I had a look at his post, he is saying that he is going to wait for the new list once they change the current one, it means he knows that he hasn't been doing a substantial number of the main duties for that NOC 0111. i think if he is confident that he has been doing the duties, he would be more serious and angry and strongly insistent on re applying again under the same NOC (0111) rather than saying i will wait for changing the list to apply under another NOC !! my question for him is (are you really an accountant or auditor or not), and i am sure that he knows the answer.

no one knows because it's never changed till date. if anyone tells anything, it's a rumor

yes nobody can tell accurately when the list is going to change, this is just a remour spreading over.....you never know when & what CIC changes.
