according to Indian his address says We have reviewed your file and started processing

Why would any one use past tense for as "REVIEWED" if they had to still access denial for applicants like "Indian"

They could have written we are reviewing your file

something surely is amiss here

Review & processing are naturally different,
"process comes after review", review means initially they open our file & calculate our points, if we pass 67 then our file is eligible for processing, then they process our documents by in depth checking, verfication( personal /phone/online).

In processing if VO find anything missing or if he feels that he shoud not be awarded specific points then after verification he will deduct that from total marks & at last if your score comes below 67 you will be rejected.
(This is based upon authenticate proof.)

Does it mean my file is eligible and i've secured 67 points.

When i can expect M.R.? Still i can plan for baby or should i wait?

Now a days , they are processing & finalizing the case within 10 working days after in process date...& then they are putting finalized case either in medical queue or if rejection issuing rejection letter or in case of any doubt asking for explanation in writing..

for example if yr application turned to inprocess with date 10.01.12 means they will process this case within 10 working days from 10.01.12.

In process they are making verification phone calls generally...this is what i have seen last month..

This is my observation only.. do comment on this
