“Submit your application” locked!

Hi everyone, I'm proceeding to renew my RP card online, so I fill all the form and upload all the mandatory documents, I pay and upload the recipe, also upload my photos and they are accepted, I did everything but the "Submit" button is always gray? I can't click on it, and I can't find the error! Can someone help me please?
