Salam,nice to see u again here.as you red in this news,it is better to have home inspection by professional home inspector in order to make sure that home you are buying not have a major issue.it cost 400-500 dollar but save thousands.some houses has a major problem like foundation crack, main repair needed for window or roof or water leaking in basement.
if you have an inspection,he will make a list of single points of damage.
by that mentioned law,if seller doesn't inform the buyer regarding past used of the house for drug,buyer could sue the seller.

بچه ها گویا به سایت حمله میشه که همین باعث شده ترافیک سرور بره بالا و اکانتمون رو ساسپند کنن به خاطر این حملات. داریم روش کار میکنیم که به زودی حلش کنیم و اگه نشد فوری سرور جدید میگیریم. فکر نمی کردم بعضی ها انقدر بسوزن از جمع کوچیک و صمیمی ما​
