Hi there Awadih, you have to realize asylum is only for those in immediate danger of death. Your life is uncomfortable and unfair, granted, but you are far from being an asylum candidate. The fact that the KSA sucks for females doesn't really come into the equation. It is bad for millions of women; what do we do; bring them all here? I pay for all this you know!! Plus you are not in your home country so how can immigration data be checked? Also you are not in any danger in the KSA. You must PROVE you are in danger in your home country with hospital reports, news reports, Doctor's bills and other tangible data. Video's of, "how bad" it is in the country are NOT accepted; it is bad for all. In addition, have you investigated the status of the Sudan?If there is a safe place in that country Canada wants you to go there, NOT Canada. Really, the only way for you to get to Canada is to immigrate through the normal system or EE. We are looking for STEM grads and advanced technologists right now.
If you want to persist with asylum go ahead but there is a very high chance you will be deported home after spending a boatload of money with lawyers and consultants. If you fail an asylum attempt your chances of going to any "five eyes" country is radically reduced in the future. Asylum is no joke in Canada. You will have to appear in court. This court will have specialists in life in the KSA and Sudan. The chance for lying is zero. Be sure before you do this.
Also, I know this is limited in practicality, but why don't some of you women fight these pigs. Our women fought for their rights, how about you?
