Find out if they have Alliance Français or Institut Français. They should have one

There are so many online tutors. But you can google Tobidam. The site is mainly specialised on online training especially for TEF. I just found them & they have good ratings.

Passing TEF takes a lot of preparation & strategies. Self learning is good, but won't be enough. One would need either a physical class or online class to succeed. But it is doable, I believe.
